The purpose of this letter is to introduce myself. I am Trish Phelps, owner
and operator of Midwest Seedling Supply LLC. This is just a note to explain

have been specializing in conservation practices for seven years. During
that time we have planned and supervised the completion of nearly seven
thousand acres of wetland restoration. Our affiliated
real estate professionals have identified and qualified the appropriate
land purchases that will meet the NRCS standards for programs that ultimately
lead to you owning the land with very little out of pocket cost. Our conservation
staff has managed excavation, reforestation, grass seeding and herbicide
application to complete these NRCS funded projects.
Since the ability and expertise to complete a project is important, our knowledge of the people and the inner workings of conservation programs are invaluable to our clients. From tiling to taxation we will walk you through the very time consuming process. Your active participation is always welcome during the procedure, but our service frees you to concentrate on your normal daily activities.
